hey guys well here is the unpredictable one back a
gain..well lets see what i have instored today well..arrr i remember..here goes..i had this bet wit my best friend aka Daps..well what is it about well its about my belly..ho gosh she can't stop ranting about my belly..gosh i really can't understand..u see when i eat till my hearts content and that bloody belly of mine just blows up like a hot air balloon..man its freaky and when i am so hungry it goes flat..i dun understand how it does it...but daps thinks i m too fat..well h
eres the bet if i veenotth n b don't get my washboard abs by december31st she can call me wat ever she wants..and if i do get those abs..well i haven't thought of wat she have to do..well any suggestions anyone? well just to know wat my belly looks like when i m full here goes... and that is before and after i eat.. and by december this is how my belly should be looking..till then i gotta get cracking and getting in to shape..in the mean time guys..drop me some suggestions on wat can be my forfeit for daps if i get those abs... man am i gonna work it...well stay tuned
